Q : How do I make a tutor request ?
A : Simply fill up the "Tutor Request" form and we will keep in touch with you. Be sure to fill up
all fields in order for us to reach you at our soonest.

Q: How can I verify the qualification of the hired tutor?
A: You can request for a scan copy of their certification either before the lesson starts, or to bring along
on their 1st lesson with your child.
Q: Do I need to pay any admin fee for hiring a tutor?
A: No. You do not need to pay anything other than your tuition fee. \
Q : How will Tutor HomeTown invoice us on the agency commission ?
A : 50% of the first 4 weeks of the tuition fees will be payable to Tutor Home Town, and balance 50%
directly to the tutor.
We will send you an invoice upon completion of the 2nd lesson. In the invoice, we will indicate the
comission payable and account number for payment.
In any exceptional cases for discontinuation of service, the withdrawal party shall pay 50% of the full month tution fee to Tutor HomeTown
Q : What is the mode of payment ?
A : 1) ATM / Internet banking transfer
We woul be appreciate if you could alert us once payment have been transferred for our verification
and records.
2) Cash / Cheque

A : Click on "Register As A Tutor" on the right of our website. Fill up all the fields to avoid any delay in
asssignment matching. Alternatively, send us an email @ tutorhometown@gmail.com with your
particulars, year of exp, preferred location & time slot, teaching level & subject
Q : How much is the fee to register as a tutor?
A : Registration is free.
Q : How do I know whether is my registration successful?
A : An email will be send to you to inform the status of your registration.
